    Breakfast time!
    I like to start my day with protein and fats to help stabilise blood sugar levels and kick start my body's fat burning potential. So for me eggs 🍳 avocado 🥑 and spinach is a great way to do that and get a variety of micronutrients in too! That with a black coffee and 750ml of water and I'm good to go 👌🏼💪🏼

    I took my first athletic club group session at @smartfitnessuae this morning. Focus was on strength training so we worked on varying the tempo in compound exercises, making them consciously focus on squeezing the target muscle groups in each rep and added some explosive reps too.
    Loved taking the session and now can't wait for my #learntoburn 8 week fat burning group programme to start.
